A submitted request and a confirmed hospital appointment have different meanings.

Watch the appointment state
Your account tracks payment, service and hospital appointment status separately. A paid order does not confirm a visit. Confirmation requires evidence from the hospital and includes the recorded date and reference.
Changes and notices
Booking Coordination includes one appointment request and one reschedule request, subject to hospital confirmation. We record hospital notices and notify you through your private account. Hospital decisions and schedules remain outside the platform’s control.
