What you buy

Lynnx Care charges for administrative coordination, communication and translation. We do not sell hospital appointment slots. Bookings use official channels and the patient’s real identity. Hospitals provide clinical assessment, treatment and prescriptions, and bill their own medical charges.

Prices and delivery

Pre-visit Check costs $39 and covers one institution and one channel. Booking Coordination costs $59 and includes one official-channel booking request, one reschedule request and hospital notices. Half-day escort costs $159 for up to four hours; full-day escort costs $299 for up to eight hours. A $25 cross-city fee applies only when disclosed and accepted in an escort quote.

All paid packages include report translation, with a configurable default limit of ten reports per order. We start within one business day and target Pre-visit Check delivery within three business days, subject to hospital response. Translation is not a diagnostic or certified document.

Confirmation and availability

Payment buys the defined coordination service; it does not confirm a hospital appointment, clinical acceptance or an outcome. We only mark a booking confirmed after receiving hospital evidence. Onsite escort quotes require hospital confirmation and actual coordinator availability.

Refund rules

A cancellation before work begins receives a full refund. If the hospital makes the core agreed service impossible, the applicable service is fully refunded. Completed escort work and already delivered report translations are not refundable; any mixed order is reviewed against the agreed scope before a partial refund is recorded. A failed refund does not change a captured payment to “refunded”.

Payment assistance

We first guide you to use your own payment method. If assistance is agreed, we precollect the amount, pay the hospital and retain its receipt. A transaction is capped at CNY 3,000. The disclosed handling cost is approximately 4%, with no markup on the hospital charge. Currency conversion and actual fees require your agreement before collection.
