Try your own payment setup first
Follow the payment provider’s current instructions for adding an overseas bank card. Confirm with the hospital how you can pay for the particular visit. Bring an alternative payment method appropriate to your trip.
Payment assistance
If agreed assistance is needed, we collect the agreed amount before paying the hospital. Each transaction is capped at CNY 3,000. The separately disclosed handling cost is approximately 4%, with no markup on the hospital charge. Payment and hospital receipts are recorded against your order.
