Report translation is included with every paid order.

Upload privately
Sign in and open a paid service order to upload PDF, JPG or PNG reports. The default allowance is ten reports per order, each up to 20 MB and ten pages. Reports cannot be sent through a free inquiry attachment.
Read with the original
Chinese originals and English translations appear together. Numeric values, units, reference ranges and abnormal flags are checked; discrepancies or unclear originals require review. AI translation supports understanding and does not interpret findings or replace clinical advice.
Control retention
Originals and translations are encrypted in private storage. They are deleted twelve months after your last access, with advance notice, or earlier when you delete them.
