Report translation is included with every paid service. Escorts are quoted after the hospital confirms your appointment. Cross-city escorts add $25, shown before you pay.

How can you book without a Chinese phone number?
We register you through the hospital's official booking channel using your passport details and our own mainland phone number. Confirmations come to us and we pass them on to you in English.
What if the hospital cannot fit me in?
If the hospital cannot answer or cannot offer an appointment, we refund the service fee in full.
Are hospital fees included?
No. Our price is a coordination fee. You pay the hospital directly. If you cannot pay with a foreign card, we can pay on your behalf at cost plus the payment fee, with the hospital receipt.
How does report translation work?
After any paid order, upload your Chinese reports in your account. An AI translation appears side by side with the original. Numbers, units and ranges are checked, and anything doubtful is reviewed by a person first. Up to 10 reports per order.
Do you sell appointment slots?
No. We book in your own name through official channels. You pay us for coordination and translation, not for the appointment.
